Paragon Pipe is an API licensed ERW pipe manufacturer in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Two mills, on-site heat treat, threading, FBE coating and a metallurgical lab, all inside one fence line. Now an IUS Company.
Company news
Paragon Industries has been acquired by IUS and is entering an exciting new chapter. The same Sapulpa plant and the same experienced crew, now with new investment in the mill.
A message from Trinity Dawson
As someone who grew up in Oklahoma, this acquisition is deeply personal to me. Paragon has been a pillar in this community for decades, and our commitment is to honor that legacy.
Paragon represents far more than a manufacturing facility. It represents skilled American workers, a proud Oklahoma legacy, and an opportunity to build something meaningful for customers, employees, investors, and the communities we serve. We are honored to be entrusted with that responsibility.

Quality is a function of integrity
Quality is not simply what we produce. It is who we are.
Quality begins with the character of our people and the commitment to do the right thing, the right way, every time, even when no one is watching. Integrity is the foundation of our Quality Management System and of every commitment we make.
